Another two
Once again- boxes and small places are fun for some reason.
We need MORE BOXES!
Our first Texas Christmas
Hurricane Rita
This is us "moving in" to the bathroom (as it was the only room without windows). We figured that it was big enough for us all. What did we know? It was our first hurricane.
Here, you can see that we were watching the news. We were a little cramped in the bathroom. But it didn't start really sucking until the power went out around 2 a.m. (which meant no more a/c).
It's surprising that no cats are on top of these mattresses (being used to cover the windows).
Cricket and the Mouse
Cricket used to play with these mice all the time-to the point that the elastic would be permanently stretched out or she'd bite through the string and we'd have to tie a new knot in it.
This is the second time Tornado fell out of the sky. He visited his high perch once while we were playing video games. All of a sudden, I saw from the corner of my eye, a white ball falling onto the couch. We put Tornado back up there and coaxed him into jumping onto the couch again.
This was the rave of our apartment as it provided a high lookout spot.
One time, when counting cats to make sure none had left on accident, we couldn't find Cricket. She found her way up onto the top of our cabinets in the kitchen.
The Secret to a Good Night's Rest...

A few new friends. And now we have 4.
The gray one is Cricket. She had an abortion before we got her and got spayed right after that. She also had some worms, but we got that fixed.
This black one is Chrissy. I thought having a black cat would be cool. For two years she lived in a cage until we adopted her. She used to be kind of fat, but she has lost a lot of weight since Tornado (and others now) have chased her around the house.
Exploring the new apartment.
Good-bye Utah. Howdy Texas!
We went up to Idaho to visit Amy's family before we made the huge trek to Houston. We lived for about 4 days in a trailer.

We thought that the cats wanted to get out and wander around a bit.

They were very well behaved the entire trip. We had a litter box on the back seat and they slept together in this cat carrier.
Give me some man food
In the Beginning...
This one is Kit. She has her own weird personality (not that any of the others don't).
